How does onboarding work?
Once you sign up for a free trial, you’ll get an invitation from our Jira portal within 24 hours. We’ll guide you through and mention every process documentation to make your onboarding very smooth and fast.
No long meeting, SOW, forms — just get started.
How do I submit a request?
Once you log in to the Jira portal, you can submit our request form to submit your requests by service.
Each request is reviewed, approved by us, time-logged, and prioritized based on your plan’s active limit.
How is my usage calculated?
Your plan includes both a request count and an hour credit. We don’t cap hours per request — but your total monthly hours are limited. Complex tasks may consume more hours and reduce how many requests you can submit in a cycle.
How are complex tasks handled?
Once you submit a request, our team will review it and let you know if the request needs to be split into smaller parts before we begin working on it.
We’ll communicate this inside Jira and scope it transparently.
Can I submit multiple requests at once?
Yes — You can submit unlimited requests. The only thing to keep in mind is that, depending on your plan the active request limit is.
e.g. , TASK includes 1 active request, SPRINT includes 2, and PROJECT includes 3 requests.
Additional requests are queued in Jira, and we'll start work after completing existing active requests.
How do you access our HubSpot account?
As a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner, we request access by sending a partner invite directly to your portal. This method is secure, transparent, and doesn't count against your paid seat limits — there’s no extra charge to add us.
How do we share other platform access with you?
Once you're onboarded, you'll receive a secure intake form and Jira access instructions. We’ll request access to platforms like Clay, Apllo, Mailchimp, Zapier, GA, etc., based on the tasks you submit.
You can either assign us user roles with sufficient permission or share access credentials via secure method (1Password or encrypted link).
We never ask for admin access unless required and always follow least-access principles.
Who works on or executes my requests?
Your tasks are handled by a certified and experienced RevOps consultant, CRM admin, or business analytics expert — depending on the request type and tech stack — with async support from automation and AI assistants.
Can I see how many hours I’ve used?
Absolutely. You’ll get visibility on every request’s logged hours. Additionally, we'll send you a request report based on your plan timeline, or you can view it in Jira, which provides live updates so you’re always in the loop.
What happens when I hit my hour or request limit?
You’ll be notified inside Jira when you're nearing your cap. Once your limit is hit, you can either upgrade or wait until your next billing cycle. Request rollover is valid for 90 days.
What if a task takes longer than expected?
We’ll update the estimate transparently inside Jira. If a request risks overrunning your plan, we’ll offer options: break it down, defer, or upgrade.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month, with the option to pause, cancel, or upgrade at any time with 15 days' prior written notice to stop the recurring payment process.
Still, you keep access to unused credits for up to 90 days.
Are there any types of requests you don’t support?
Yes — we don’t currently handle cold outbound copywriting, custom-coded apps, or full-blown data warehousing or tech solutions. We might not support systems like SAP, Oracle CRM, or similar.
We focus strictly on GTM operations, CRM workflows, automation, analytics, and strategy, where we are experienced and can support our customers.
What if I don’t like the output?
No worries — we iterate until you’re satisfied. Just drop comments in Jira, and we’ll revise the request or suggest better alternatives if needed.
And, so that you know, we never closed a request without your final approval.
So, you don't need to worry about the output or outcome of requests. You will get what you requested!
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once work has started. If you’re unsure, start with the free trial or reach out during onboarding for guidance.
